Are you considering the zero gravity and air pressure at 200,000 ft altitude. I would assume that it wouldn't take as much heat at such low pressures. I think the comparable model would be aeronautical balloons. The rise faster and fill fuller as they go higher due to lower pressures.
So what pressure would burst the tire? (at that altitude) And...I can't fathom anything coming down from that unscorched....cept tiles. (whatever the cause)
