Are you considering the zero gravity and air pressure at 200,000 ft altitude. I would assume that it wouldn't take as much heat at such low pressures. I think the comparable model would be aeronautical balloons. The rise faster and fill fuller as they go higher due to lower pressures.

PS why 50 PSI my bicycle tire is 75 psi.
