looks like every time it gets to .012+ the weak hands sell and it drops to around .011 till that runs out and the cycle repeats...this will continue for the rest of the day and then tomorrow panic sets in on both sides of the fence...

This stock holds support levels very well and when it's ready it blows through resistances like they ain't even there, this trading is normal and the stock is strong.
