Take a look at the accum/dist line on the chart. When the float was 400 Million or so where did the 100 million come from in the two day drop last month that brought the price from its .002+ to .0005. The mother ship dumped a bunch of that 1 billion in that wasn't part of the float. There is no other explanation.
Keep an eye on the accum/dist line as it will tell you where this is going.
