5. Regarding item # 4 above the company intends to retire approximately 500 million shares


How can you say they are dumping shares? Please do provide proof/links; just as I have above.

They are following through with what they say in their releases. They are not just "fluff" PRs. What makes you think they won't follow through with the share retirement?
