I am in, sounds "FANTASTIC" will be a bit more easy, when KMAG, produces a great "GREEN" day? Maybe today "NEWS" and KMAG, will be on its way "UP:?

When i look into a company based on my projected potential there are many thing i look at.

1.) Do they currently sell a product or is a product on the very near horizon.

2.) Does the Product make a difference or is the Product Different than what's on the market.

3.) Share Structure. Is there dilution or not, and what is the O/S

4.) is there Enough Revenue or Potential for Revenue to offset losses and turn to profitability.

5.) Who is the CEO and has he ran other pinks plays before.

6.) Am I able to contact the company

7.) What could be the Potential % Gain on the PPS for 12 months... if i hold a core position

8.) What is the Potential % Gain on the PPS if i hold for 3-6 months

After asking those 8 questions i found KMAG to be a Steal at these levels...
