What ever the share structure was before it is the same now except for the addition of shares exchanged for the debt.... The shares to insiders have increased due to the shares given for debt but the shares in the hands of the public have not changed except that those shares are 1 for 200 before the reverse..
If you owned 200,000 shares befoe you now own 1000.. For that you need no link,, all you need is a little knowledge of how any share structure works and what a reverse means and is....
BTW if the stock opens below $99.98 it is a down tic and the value of your shares have just gone down..
Because there are more shares in the hands of the insiders you have been diluted as a shareholder because you own a smaller percentage of the company than you did before the exchange of shares for debt.. For that you need no link.. That is covered in basic Business 101.. hank
