Lenfest owns 91.9% of the company or thereabouts and the rest of own 8.1% of the company. From there you can figure the rest out. I am sure by now a billionaire knows what he is doing with his money. I have no worries, so please don't let it keep you up at night.
I don't understand the sense of a R/S if they don't plan on uplisting at the same time. It seems like suicide for the share price since most pink sheet players will never pay $100 pps. It might be a ploy for insiders to buy up all the shares at a discount and then go private. In this way it would be the insiders that would take advantage of a short squeeze if there was one.
