GM, Imho she is in a hard place to exactly track but here are some observations.
There are three things in play with KMAG #1 UNCHANGED SHARE STRUCTURE since July 2011 / NO DEBT SELLER #2 A SOLID SHAREHOLDER BASE THAT ISN'T SELLING #3 PENDING UPDATES
The mm's don't have the shares to keep a orderly market in kmag. If you watched yesterdays L2 you would see ETMM & NITE posturing endlessly to entice sellers. They have done this over & over again and it has always boded well for the players showing patience. Looking at two different charts the daily and the 60min.
The daily chart yesterdays GAP UP AT OPEN was to create a red candle that failed utterly. The mm's are trying to turn the slow sto downward Imho. They have done this before with the gap up to 55 on the last rally that forced a red candle and set the sto on a downward slide. KMAG then proceeded to gap up the next 4 days painting artificial red candles. The 5th day they changed tact and gaped down on 5000 shares that created a large white. the best they could do was a 50% retrace on the slow sto before KMAG took off again. Imho they have a real problem a battle royall this time around. We all know the filings have been submitted & otcmarkets is being updated for CE removal. Imho this is going to just blow their orderly market mantra to hell.
The 60min chart High of 62 they started their games again. For the last 12 trading hours they have pulled us down to the middle bollinger line that has coresponded with a pull down of the sto to around 46%. The 13th hr 3:30 we have a nice solid white that is curving the sto back upward to find new highs. Plus the bollingers are squeezing so kmag is almost done with it's current consolidation Imho.
Honestly there is just to many positives coming to see a meaningful dip. People are like it's going to dip & I'm like how? The company isn't selling stock and we are holding. New people finding kmag are buying equals pressure less share higher price for those shares.
9:30 they could gap her up but they will have to go higher this time around like a gap to 65 painting a fake red. They might not gap at all. A white is created and we go to 01. Less than a 50% rally and we achieve 01 so don't for a instant think it can't happen. Imho the clock has run out for ETMM #1 FILINGS #2 CE REMOVAL #3 PRESS RELEASE concerning the manipulation of kmag stock plus any company events like a new client. This is a 15 yr old company that is supporting itself so know what you own. There is nothing worse than seeing a stock leave without you along for the ride.
So do what I'm doing sit back and enjoy the show because Imho it's far from over. (:
