If they do start maxing out their buying it should bump the SP over the 3 months. I also think if some company is considering buying PTQ it will be more attractive now with the new Mining code. Is it a coincidence that PDI is still a part of PTQ? Who wouldn' t want PDI as part of a purchase agreement. Maybe I've become delusional, but it seems like a decent possibility to me.
