Obviously info is needed about public companies and their resposability toward their investors, Oh wait I forgot this is just a mock up of a company and a stinky pink sheet one, where what I said before is not known or even applied , anyway, when a company announce some events is their responsability to complete those events or at least follow up on them , they dont owe us nothing???? thats the pink sheet mentality, thats why they do what they do , cause people who think that way gives them the power to screw investors up.
