At this point in TIVUS' life, would you want them to hire someone? I can only imagine how many emails they get.
They did release a press release in January, one again in February, another in March, and even did a radio interview in mid-March.
I believe that is pretty good customer service for any company. As an investor who is truly investing in this company as a true long term investment - I have zero complaints.
Now jump a year or two from now, if/when they have executed a bunch of installs, created a full organization structure, are generating good revenue - then I would expect a generic response to my emails to investor relations at the very least.
That is my opinion. I know that everyone is extremely anxious, I'm super excited and just want to fast forward. :)
