TIVUS is not allowed to talk about any contract they may be negotiating in as a matter of standard business practices of publicly traded companies.
Perhaps TIVUS is very close to updating us anyways, hopefully on several different things. The update, if it is good news - the CEO doesn't feel it is necessary because of this and maybe too, he hasn't liked all of the criticism he has received and so he is doing no favors for any investor that isn't in this for true investment purposes.
Maybe -- but they should either...
#1. Acknowledge the e-mail and state that they are not allowed to talk about the contract.
#2. Acknowledge the e-mail and state that there will be further news in the near future.
It is just good customer service (regardless if you are a customer, investor, or a small little geeko).
