By nearly all estimates, yesterday’s oral arguments were not good for Obamacare supporters. Solicitor Donald Verrilli, who represented the Obama administration, stumbled in his opening defense of the health reform law’s individual mandate. Paul Clement, representing the law’s opponents, proved a strong opponent. Justices aggressively questioned Verrilli, showing some signs of skepticism over Congress’ authority to require Americans to buy insurance.

I just heard from a Democratic Senator that if it's struck down it will be disaster for the Republicans. Too many people are already affected by it -- especially seniors, and unfortunately, the GOP has no plan to replace it, so it means costs for healthcare will continue to skyrocket. They are getting bombarded with emails and petitions to do something about it. People are starting to get worried, and they are tired of the politics. They just want something done -- fast.

College students are really mad -- as are people with kids they couldn't insure because of pre-existing conditions.
