I agree .....and we also know that Obama thinks about things in the long term, NOT the short term... and HIS justice dept. are the ONES who pushed this case with the scotus ... they were going to hear it next year .. or late in the year .. AFTER the election .. .. .I HOPE I'm remembering right .. I do remember it was a SHOCK when we read that justice was pushing them to resolve it NOW rather than .......in the future .......
