BCIT - Brokers, bankers, and market makers have been stealing under the radar for years. How much they have been stealing and how they have been stealing is finally coming to light.

PREMEDITATED THEFT might be a bit strong...I see it more like speeding...which we all do...taking what the system gives, we feel it is cool, until we get caught. Doing 60 in a 55 zone seems OK...even the hp might give you a pass...problem for the brokers...they realized too late that BCIT was a school zone...and Megas was watching...

To assume that, you'd have to assume that the brokerages were capable of some kind of coordinated effort.

I'm sure you realize by now that they aren't.
