Great find, thx. I've felt all along, and stated at one point, that the royalty could be reversed based on an argument as to good faith because the issue wasn't addressed in the contract. If that is the case, it also cuts off Watson-Amphastar's damages effective as of an adverse verdict--a good thing for all concerned.
