Why is that? First, do you not buy the MNTA/NVS argument that introduction of the generic causes permanent damages, e.g., price cuts that won't be erased on withdrawal of the generic? Second, why does the MNTA/NVS affect the total Watson-Amphastar damages? Do you think NVS is net ahead from the introduction of the Amphastar generic and if not, whatever the split is, why does the split change the total damages for MNTA and NVS.
