Seriously, anything is possible and maybe we are over-thinking this mass dilution thing (but not wrong to do so , has ALWAYS been a growing concern I understand, just saying...guess the upcoming 10-k report will take the veil off some of our speculation of just how many shares are out there and we see some decent revs, etc etc... and I know it's early but here's to DR. Patrick Soon-Shiong!!!

Yes, one opinion. Perhaps he approached YA and they laughed him out of the room - meaning they did not entertain his offer on the premise they liked/preferred their current game of wash and rinse over his offer.

And (what I am hoping for) Mr. Soon has decided (hence his open market purchases) to take YA on from an open forum as opposed to closed board room doors.

Can anyone advise if there have been further Form B's submitted indicating further accumulation by Mr Soon. (I hope so)
