Yes, one opinion. Perhaps he approached YA and they laughed him out of the room - meaning they did not entertain his offer on the premise they liked/preferred their current game of wash and rinse over his offer.

And (what I am hoping for) Mr. Soon has decided (hence his open market purchases) to take YA on from an open forum as opposed to closed board room doors.

Can anyone advise if there have been further Form B's submitted indicating further accumulation by Mr Soon. (I hope so)
