Not to my knowledge. The company who asked for the CT order is always at liberty to disclose the information themselves though.

The duration of confidentiality is not indefinite, but rather is specified in the SEC filing. The period of confidentiality is usually long enough to run well beyond the point where the information in question would have any material value to competitors.
