Mr. Ball will use PRs for new developments and I think that there will be some after the revenue stream begins in earnest. Imagine what could be done with millions of income with virtually no expenses or debt.
Also, after hearing a report on NPR I am taking the plan to buy back shares very seriously. S/O regulations are driving small companies to distraction, many are considering going private to avoid the new costly and restrictive accounting rules.
Yes, he ordered his plans 1 - 4 but so what, just like stock plans, company plans are fluid.
An excellent report about the restrictive situation compelling companies to go private could be found on NPR.org if you are lucky. I haven't looked but it is in the archive from a month or two ago.
Don't be surprised if the buyback is true and that Mr. Ball who has hated being a public company since he went public, would like to go private.
