China and Embraer have a joint project to develope a regional (small) jet for use in China & other parts of asia.
With technology restrictions between the US & China I doubt that the EVS technology would be allowed on this project . . . but Gulfstream and other US regional jet manufacturers have some very serious competition coming down the pike. I remember when everyone was laughing at the concept of a pan-european aircraft manufacturer . . . uhhh . . . we're not laughing at Airbus now . . . they're kicking Beoing squarely in the arse.
Brazil might just be the next big (little?) kid on the block . . . my company sure is selling them a lot of product!
