No it is not. If you buy debt bonds after BK you cannot be considered old cold debt as it partains to a reorganized (previously chapter 11) company issuing shares to an old cold creditor to maximize NOLs. Look it up. This info regarding NOLs is readily available on the internet (google). I happen to know about these NOL rules because of a previous stock I was in that was strictly an NOL play. I read more than I cared to ever know about NOLs. Go figure...
Littledevils, I hope you will look this NOL info up so you will see my point and perhaps we will be on the same page. This old cold debt NOL rule is actually GOOD for us. It means new shares in a possible reorganized company would not be issued to "vulture" bond investors rather than us. Sorry you ran outta posts....LOL.
