Yeah, I am on the same page as you guys but I just want the evidence to back it. I am responsible for my own DD I guess. My thought was CTs were always 10B and IF IF the perspectus stands we can be 12 when this NOL stuff all hit the fan. The most important thing is the perspectus. If perspectus is gone, and 10B is discharged like the guy said, what happens? I guess they can pick and choose who to discharge but I would feel better knowing for sure CT's claims to Equity is still legally binding. KEY WORD Legally. All this knowing the law governing is now POR and BK laws.
