There was no talk of CBAI uplisting to the NASDAQ from the OTCBB... I think even after their split they were still trading under .30. Once again the sole purpose of ACTC doing a R/S is to get to the NASDAQ. And yes they will need financing... that is the reason for the uplisting... so we can get institutional investors involved and not have toxic finance companies that drain the company dry. How many people are going to take ACTC seriously while we are on the OTCBB.
