Check their PR's before the split and see that they told the investors they needed the R/S for uplisting and so they would not have to get anymore toxic financing , sound familiar only word missing is NASDAQ . They wound up with more toxic financing and 0.024 pps . They are two different companies but they say the same thing . I hope ACTC does well , just do the DD.
