CLF’s chromite project is daunting on multiple counts: the remoteness of the assets, the lack of roads, the enormous distance from the mines to the planned processing plant in Southern Ontario, environmental issues with respect to “First Nation” interests, etc.

Prediction: If CLF doesn’t end up engaging a partner for this project, it will be because CLF itself has been acquired.

It seems that CLF projects that it will have a significant competitive advantage over the mines in South Africa

i'm curious do know how this competitive advantage will be realized. my guess is a combination of more efficient plant as well as cheaper energy (e.g. clf has said in the past candada is rish in hydroelectric, etc.)
