so you are excited about the company??

I see you are fairly new to I-Hub...like opened the account today. what brings you to the BION board for your first post?

in your due diligence before you spent all that time "callin, asking, re-calling, and checking everything out, did you happen to read the filing where there is a note holder out there that basically has 1.5 BILLION shares?

how about the face that he only paid about one hundred dollars per million and for every million shares he converts he will make a million or more??

do you realize that he can convert almost 20,000,000 shares at a time and they are all free trading?

did you also realize that this company only has $77,000 in assets and that includes patents and good will?

Did you happen to run across the part that says they are over $5,000,000 in debt and don't have anything concrete to show for it?

so you thought that a company of this low caliber was a good buy with a market cap of over 250,000,000 dollars??


Good thing you are careful with your money, I would hate to see what might happen if you were a loose spender

I was assuming everything. There are no filings showing they have any money and in a December filing they used the words "going concern". Have you called their IR. They are a great source of information. 1-800-380-5105.
