I'm excited about this company, I've verified everything that I could re: who what and when... I have to be way too cautious with my funds, therefore I call, ask, re-call, and check out everything. I feel they have a great thing going on, once they get the first one thru engineering, get it built, it surely will take off. We (the world) needs somthing of this nature.

You guys are looking at old stuff

The previous shell owners ended up with 300K shares and that's all. The 100mm shares went to the investors who put capital into BION. The plant will cost $65mm so it's safe to say they may have put close to $100mm in BION.
