Chiro...what do you think about a theory that Atrinsic and Kenshoo would merge to increase value for a planned buy out by someone like Omni? Just a thought....

IMO yes, management is still getting paid, do does not matter . Just reorganize and start from zero with a new name. Example aig

I agree it is not probable but consider... They still owe millions cannot pay back the rest in a timely manner or when demanded as it is already past due.

Under threat to pay the rest or else even though ATRN tried they have no choice but to file Chapt.11 or 13. Not that they did not try but they are at the mercy of the creditor. The creditor can at any time now demand payment they just have ALLOWED ATRN to be late.

Still there are other methods to resolve but it is not impossible.

When you start having a better income job, it's easy to pay off $30,000 in credit card debt... that is a perfect scenario to use for ATRN. They are paying down their debt and restructuring. (imo)
