I agree it is not probable but consider... They still owe millions cannot pay back the rest in a timely manner or when demanded as it is already past due.
Under threat to pay the rest or else even though ATRN tried they have no choice but to file Chapt.11 or 13. Not that they did not try but they are at the mercy of the creditor. The creditor can at any time now demand payment they just have ALLOWED ATRN to be late.
Still there are other methods to resolve but it is not impossible.
