Yep the market will probably head north of 1400 and that is a great place to start buying VXX, the VIX is at/near it's lowest in a year, and like always, there's "unknown unknowns" floating around, most likely in Europe or the Middle East. There might be a small correction between now and Q1 earnings releases in April, but I think the big market correction will come in late April/May...
