Kind of curious how that jives with the statements made to the Court in the injunction appeal about having $109 trillion or so of product about to spoil.

Excellent point. I'd like to hear more thoughts on this as well. Did they really cite $109 trillion?

No one (except 2 of the 3 appellate judges) believes Amphastar’s statement about having $200M of “expiring” Lovenox inventory prior to the launch.

Good catch. I was thinking the same thing, that not having much product on hand doesn't jibe with what Watson asserting in court that they had a large but perishable inventory on hand.
