Did you physically see the servers? Don't forget that I sat in that conference room also, I know the computer you are talking about that sits at the end of the table. Not attacking you PC, just looking for the facts, and somehow b/w you and Miami, we are not getting the same story.

You know VERY WELL I saw NOTHING and I refused to see anything
after that horrible CC. The way he was acting, his hands shaking
with a chocked weak voice during the call. His talks about
increasing the AS and a possible R/S down the road, "he won't
rule it out" his exact words. When I wanted to tear-up that NDA
he refused and YOU backed him up saying yes we saw it LOL. Oh my
please don't get me started. I've done polygraph on 100s of people
before and I know when someone is lying, but darn lying straight
to my face about something I did NOT see?! That's really above
and beyond!

The papers he showed me had NO vendor-company names, addresses,
phone numbers or anything to verify. ANYONE can fabricate those
invoices and letters on their own computer, they looked very
shady but he thought he could fool me. When I pointed that out to
him he said "of course I'm not gonna show you who they are" I
said well why the heck did I just sign a NDA, for what?! Bottom
line I cannot verify ANY of these purchases, maybe the SEC can
review these documents and decide if they are legit or not, I can't...

You know as well when he said let's go to "the server room" I got
up and left saying "try not to screw us anymore than you already
have" and I took off. I bet another "trick" was waiting for me in
the so-called "server room", not really sure what was in there
'cause I never stepped into that office. Maybe he was gonna show
me his internet router and say "here, this is it" LOL.

I don't know what happened after I left, it's for you to tell
and for others to believe or not to believe. I said my peace and
you are in this alone since that day...
