When you see that name you are looking at a company that is converting debt notes of some sort behind the scene.

Gelmon is part of the AJW Fund which is connected to NIR/Corey Ribotski who is under the gun of the SEC right now.

It's all pipe fund based and kickbacks of sorts and they are trying to place blame elsewhere just like every other penny stock CEO does.
