I do know why ''they'', ie: whoever the ''they'' might be, do a R/M into a shell, or even buy a shell company outright, and then soon afterwards change the name & cusip #, etc.. It is just one of a multitude of things that a trader/investor has to learn/remember, especially here in pinkie-land. BTW: Do you? With regards to Mr. Scott's words, such as you shared a sampling of with me: No, I had never before those words, read anything of his writings. As a matter of fact, I have only begun learning about him via this stock forum. The fact that he is (presumably) a university trained social scientist may say a lot about his out look on life & human motivation, etc, especially if the basis for his 'thinking', as abstruse as it appeared to me in the shared article, is not founded in the commonly known & accepted JUDEO-CHRISTIAN teachings. One thing for sure, no matter what the foundation for his beliefs, he most certainly knows how to get a company going, as well as its stock!!! And that's why we're all here, presumably! I have to reply. Good stuff, the real world is dirty, Scott seems to have eaten a lot of acid, or, he is a incredible intellectual, I don't trust him but if this is his psyche it seems to me that not releasing a simple PR is his way of playing with a penny investor and I would like to add, the last few years world economic predicament was caused by the combined totality of just these kinds of extreme thinkers.
