Wonder what the new terms of the restructured convertible notes will be. If they are not to be convertible notes, what premium will the noteholders recieve?

Debt is debt, it is still a liability that needs to be addressed while allowing development and growth of Tivus. To simply defer or transfer does not erase the obligation.
