I think we have it (informally) on Shiva's word that noteholders are not going to be converting anymore. That is, if I understand correctly.

I think the idea is that new financing has been obtained, out of which they will be paid.

If that's true, it would seem to me that the "value" that we've all been talking about this stock having - but curiously not reflecting - is about to get "reflected" big time.

I think as soon as people realize that .0002's just aren't gonna happen anymore, there is gonna be a mad dash to get the rest of those .0003's (which is why I'm buying right NOW) in anticipation of the coming Philly contract announcement.
