Also, how does Merle fair in this deal. Wasn't he constantly reassuring share holders that nothing was wrong with the deal. I guess we truly see the value in contacting him directly.

He said there was a delay, but as far as he knew it was still happening, which is probably exactly what Scott thought until it became apparent that it wasn't. I'm guessing this last trip to China was HKHE's last chance to honor the original agreement because the PR was released the day Scott got back.

SRSR is still dealing with the consortium (not a company as you fail to realize) and this is more than just semantics as you dismiss it as. The differences between the two are huge. Once again this demonstrates your lack of understanding of partnering deals and the scope of potential positive outcomes in the Mining Industry. IMO
