Semantics over the entity. Until the deal fell through they were never referred to as a consortium. There is not reason to continue to discuss who the group may have been, they are not able to support our efforts to take this property of interest to the next stage.

To re-state; Call them what you wish. They do not have the cash and by proxy now neither do we.

I never supported the deal, so in honesty I am indifferent regarding HKHE. I voted no on the share holder vote.

My frustration is that this matter is just another milestone missed by our CEO and director.

Also, how does Merle fair in this deal. Wasn't he constantly reassuring share holders that nothing was wrong with the deal. I guess we truly see the value in contacting him directly.

Or is Merle not aware that failing to raise the funds is something wrong with a financing deal.
