I think this news is neutral. We know they need to raise money somehow to pay for operations, and with the share count maxed issuing more shares was not an option.That is a good thing for us. But, any time you give away pieces of the company, in the long run that lessens shareholder value. A necessary evil until there is a steady revenue stream.
