I think it's pretty positive. Shows they are raising capital to drill more holes which in turn will expedite share holder value. I own shares in companies that have a 10%-25% working interest in wells and they are profitable. 100% in 0 wells=0 You got to pay the rough necks, they don't work for free. This shows me there is expected growth soon and others are very interested in getting on board! GO TECO!
