I think you should do what you think is best! If a illegitimate ,unfounded and completely laughable lawsuit against phar is what YOU think is best go right ahead. On the other hand , I will be buying more phar shares in order to make a killing on the bright future and prospects of the company!

A great cause for a Class Action Lawsuit against PHAR ... the Bogus Financials, the False and Misleading PR's, etc etc.
