If PHAR continues down the path its on, the right combination of events happening to innocent people, enough PHAR shareholders will stand up and finally say, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH
As far as anyone or anything that has hurt PHAR, its all been accomplished to perfection by a business plan based on deception and arrogance and fraud. The CEO and MGT are fully responsible for hurting PHAR and investor confidence..not some shareholders that have legitimate reasons to question broken promises.
The SEC DOES 100% get involved in their fraud division if deceptive and fraud acts of decieving the public ARE PUT OUT FOR ALL MEDIA. THIS MIGHT BE AN OTC STOCK, but marketwire, reuters, and PRs that are sent specifically to lie and decieve are criminal acts. If you dont send it out for world to see, thats a different story, they can file, not file, and get by with a lot and SEC doesnt get involved.
