None other than Mr. "pump and dump" himself! Joseph P. Kennedy.

Please do a COMPLETE background on EVERY person involved in and employed by RAYSTREAM!!!!!

Apparently you are very slow to forgive and probably would have been against the appointment by FDR of Joseph P. Kennedy to head the newly formed SEC.

I am busy compiling a due diligence report on Michael Kang and his connections with Qnective in Switzerland. Is there anyone who can quickly give me a brief run down of exactly who this person is and why he is so difficult to locate.
