It's already well-known. Has been for months. Abellan fled the States when the SEC nailed him and hit him with very large fines. He went to Barcelona, where his family lives. He worked with Michael Kang on LEXG, and with Kang and Siekmann on RAYS.

Surely you know who Siekmann is, and are aware that he and his colleagues Rumpf and Friedli control RAYS. And that Siekmann is involved with Unlimited Trade, who paid for the RAYS pump.
