I do not think Jeff "stole" MS away for his personal benefit - I believe he was working something out for the good of q commoners.

I did not say he stole MS away. He solicited them on N's behalf while you and I waited for months for him to do something for us in QASP. Seems he had no interest in you or I and was in it for Jeff. Of course MS would not touch QASP.
