Depends on the language of the q/ms document.

I do not think Jeff "stole" MS away for his personal benefit - I believe he was working something out for the good of q commoners.

Q is toxic - MS wouldn't touch them anymore - Jeff figured out another way.

Will he benefit from it - I hope so - he deserves it, imo.
