what davies did was create a large s-8 basket of shares in 5 or 6 different llc's and made it look like there were only 10 million shares in each account.
once he ditched the merger with cpwy, he then unloaded the shares at market and drove the price to fractions of a cent all the while pocketing millions of dollars.
he then had a company dupe all of you to buy these shares and now he has reverse merged you to nothing. i will share more as more questions come to bear.
